Job Qualification Requirements:
High school graduate. Must have at least 1 year of relevant work experience. Must have knowledge and experience in handling and transporting propane and industrial gases, as well as
experience with LPG/industrial safety procedures and ISO tank refilling. Must possess basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Must be capable of
performing routine truck inspections, including checking tires, brakes, oil, and other vehicle safety components. Must be able to complete daily deliveries according to schedule. Must be
physically capable of performing the duties of the position, including lifting, pushing, pulling, or carrying heavy loads weighing up to 90 pounds. This is a temporary, full-time position. The employer will provide transportation and subsistence from the employee’s place of origin to the worksite and return transportation and subsistence at the end of employment, except when the employee does not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or when the employer has properly reported a voluntary abandonment of employment in accordance with 20 CFR 655.423(j)(1). Responsible for the safe and efficient transport & delivery of compressed gasses tanks such as liquefied petroleum gas, CO2, oxygen, nitrogen, and argon to the customer’s location. Ensure completing the daily delivery schedule. Drive delivery truck with a 7,419 kilos gross vehicle weight (GVW). Inspect the truck’s condition and ensure that it’s safe to use prior to the delivery. Check and monitor hazmat shipping documents are valid and in compliance. Prepare delivery/shipping documents, complete paperwork for processing, issue sales invoices, &/or receive payment. Load & unload LPG and industrial gases tanks. Assist walk-in customers for tank refill and provide support within the plant as needed. Observe and adhere to safety and security procedures and abide with traffic laws, OSHA, US DOT, and CNMI regulations. Notify others of plant’s emergencies or hazards. May do other related duties as assigned from time to time.
